My name is Matt Tafoya (son of Andy, grandson to Adolph). I was recently having breakfast with my grandparents and after a few of grandpa's classic jokes ;-) he mentioned something about the last family reunion in Woodland. We didn't talk about it too much but I know he misses seeing the extended family on a regular basis. I was also at the last reunion and thought it was great to see some familiar faces, but to also meet a lot of you for the first time (or since you remembered me being "this" tall).

 

There has been some small talk between myself and other family members about the possibility of setting up another get together. The purpose of this email is to get the ball rolling to see how many family members would be interested in another reunion. I'm sure I don't have everyone’s email/home address so please help me spread the word!! The main goal is to gauge everyone's interest before moving forward with planning.

 

NOTE: If we decide to pursue this reunion, we’ll need to charge an admission fee to help offset expenses. If everyone pitches in a little, it’ll help prevent any one person from absorbing all the costs. Higher attendance = a lower fee for everyone!
